We’re excited to announce our scientific collaboration with Prof. Michael Bartz from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences.

IMC Krems has been recognized as Austria’s highest-rated business school in the international Positive Impact Rating (PIR) 2025, achieving the category “Transforming.”

For more than 15 years, Michael Bartz has been researching the success factors behind enterprise transformation at the university’s Institute for International Business and Economics. Over a decade ago, he coined the terms “New World of Work” and “Next Generation Enterprise”, demonstrating that he is clearly ahead of the curve.

Our connection goes back to our extra-occupational Master’s program over five years ago, where we developed a shared understanding of modern leadership. An understanding that later led us to teaming up as Fractional View GmbH.

Heinz has successfully led numerous large-scale IT projects in the banking and logistics industry from inception to production.

Together with the team at FV, he developed a methodology for operationalizing digital transformations using Design Thinking.

The ability to generate comprehensive transformation roadmaps underscores his digital transformation capabilities.

Heinz’s career is marked by his commitment to innovation and excellence, making him a valuable asset to any organization seeking to navigate the complexities of digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.

Armin Lukas

Managing Partner

Armin is Managing Partner at Fractional View GmbH, bringing over 20 years of professional experience and more than 15 years in IT consulting.

Armin has successfully completed numerous SAP projects. His expertise includes SAP S/4HANA, credit risk and market data systems, as well as change and requirements management. He also brings technical expertise in requirements management, software development, and process automation.

Armin has introduced agile methodologies into existing development teams and built agile teams from scratch. He has been able to leverage over 10 years of experience with various agile approaches. In addition, he has extensive experience in classical project management, particularly in the finance and manufacturing industries.

Armin is a reliable and resilient team player who always strives to develop innovative solutions and drive digital transformation. His management skills include project management, test management, leadership, risk management, and organizational development.

In his free time, Armin pursues his hobby as a private pilot and enjoys the freedom of flying.

Oliver Miskovic

Partner

Oliver, Partner and Consultant at Fractional View, brings over 15 years of professional experience and more than 12 years in consulting, specializing in bridging the gap between strategy and operational execution.

With deep expertise in business transformation, IT strategy, and digital innovation, he supports clients in successfully navigating complex change initiatives and realizing their strategic ambitions.

His track record includes leading large-scale transformation programs, designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs), and managing transitions, carve-outs, and organizational development.

Oliver’s work is grounded in a holistic methodology ensuring strategic initiatives are well-defined and effectively operationalized.

With cross-industry experience spanning finance, logistics, telecommunications, and the public sector, he combines business acumen with technical insight—delivering tailored, sustainable solutions.

Fluent in both agile and classical project environments, Oliver also has extensive experience in stakeholder management at C-level and is a strong advocate for empowering teams through change.

In his spare time, he creates tiny video games and produces premium, cold-pressed Dalmatian olive oil.

His expertise spans change management, business process digitization, agility, and business model innovation—enabling clients to adapt and thrive in rapidly evolving environments.

For Fractional Views clients, Martin spearheads transformation initiatives that seamlessly integrate people, processes, and technology to deliver lasting and measurable impact. His robust industry experience in automotive, industrial goods, logistics, and telco has equipped him with the skills to design and implement digitized business processes – enhancing end-to-end processes with a truely data-driven and tool-agnostic approach.

Martin’s digital competencies include SAP C4/HANA, data governance, data analytics, and AI. He is known for his hands-on, collaborative approach to solving complex problems, which is influenced by his early career in automotive engineering. It laid a strong foundation in project execution, always in pursuit of viable, yet feasible solutions – providing him with unique insights and creative thinking. Martin’s growth mindset makes him a curious learner and an eager tutor of seminars and guest lectures, with strong moderation and presentation skills.

Beyond his professional career, Martin enjoys playing the electric guitar and baking delicious Neapolitan pizza.
